11 May: I'm a single incapacitated lady on benefits. I have been a customer with npower for over 15yrs. My home is totally powered by electric and I do not have a gas meter or supply. Could you tell me why I have never been given a rebate unlike some friends of mine who have been given £20 for being all electric by your company npower? 

There are a lot of cheaper suppliers who would like a good customer who is always £150 in credit. Should I go to them or live in hope that I may be rewarded for my loyalty by npower?

Do you pay your electricity bills by monthly or quarterly direct debit? If you do, you'll be eligible for our £40 annual discount.
