Hi David,

That doesn't sound very good?

We need to find out if this is one of our home energy monitors or if this is an in-home device that is connected to a smart meter. You will only have a smart meter if you've been part of one of our trials, otherwise it looks like this might be an energy monitor.

Call us on 0845 070 4850 and we can go through this with you and try get it fixed!
