10 Mar: MESSAGE FROM NPOWER - We're still getting a large number of people asking when they'll have a smart meter. At the moment, we're only carrying out trials of smart metering and sadly, all our trials are full for the time being.

The national installation of all smart meters throughout the UK is not likely to start until 2013 but if you email your details to smart.metering.programme@npower.com, we can pop you on to our waiting list for one of our future smart metering trials.
