We're currently trialling smart meters in the Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North East areas and will continue throughout 2010 and maybe even into 2011. The level of savings that you can make will depend very much on how you change your behaviour. This is why we're doing trials - to make sure we can offer the right products and information to enable you to easily cut down on the energy you're using.
