We're pleased to hear that you've decided to join npower! We're currently only supporting meters on our own smart metering trials but we're also working with the industry to develop and introduce the commercial and technical arrangements to support smart meters on an enduring basis.
In the interim, we'll still be able to read your smart meters using meter readers and produce bills accordingly.
