We're really keen to see a swift rollout of smart meters to all our customers and we're working hard with the Government and the energy regulator Ofgem to make sure that this happens in the most effective way possible.
One of the key concerns, which needs to be addressed, is to make sure that the installation of smart meters will not restrict customers from changing supplier. It's frustrating to have to wait for this new technology but vital we all get it right.
