If you are over 70 or in receipt of certain benefits, people can qualify for free cavity wall and loft insulation - regardless if an npower customer or not. There are no charges for surveys or call out fees. npower customers who do not qualify for free home insulation can purchase it at a greatly reduced price - from around £199 (RRP c £500).
