16 Jan '12: Your link to read the meter isn't available. I have tried three times and every time it tells me the link doesn't exist how else can I send you the reading?

Hi Janet,

I'm sorry to see that you're having trouble sending us a meter reading online.

I've double checked this and it's all working so not sure what has happened.

If you are still having problems accessing it, you can contact our technical help team on 0845 071 4525.

You can also give us your meter reading over the phone by calling customer services on 0800 551 555.
