30 Apr '10: Why are npower cutting back on meter readers? I like my meter to be read once a quarter and will therefore change supplier. It seems to me that npower are giving bad customer service.

I'm sorry but we can't guarantee that a meter reader will take a reading every three months but we try to do so twice a year. You can still provide us with your own meter readings - any time either through www.npower.com or our free meter reading line 0800 028 4361.
