04 Jul '11: I have my latest account but would like you to send a meter reader to my address because the reading doesn't not add up. It was an estimated one and looks like the bill today is a lot more than my winter one.

If you think your bill is incorrect you can contact us with your own meter reading if you're able to read your meter. This means we can get an amended statement to you straight away. 

You can either call us on 0800 551 555 with your meter reading or submit one online at https://www.npower.com/At_home/applications/MyNpower/MeterReadAccountDetails.aspx?workflow=MeterRead

If you're unable to read your meter, just call us on 0800 551 555 and we can arrange to send one of our meter readers to your property.
