02 Sept ' 10: I am an online customer but am unable to provide an online meter reading. This is because as an economy 7 customer, my meter has 4 readings and your online meter reading service only allows for 1 reading?

Economy 7 meters usually show two readings - a 'day' reading and a 'night' reading. These may also be shown as 'normal' and 'low' readings. It sounds as if you may have a non-standard meter, which our online meter reading service can't support. 

Don't worry though - you can still send it to us through www.npower.com/web/At_home/customer_service/contact_us/customer_enquiry/index.htm or call us on 08451 201 453 with your meter readings and date you took them. 

Anyone can send Economy 7 meter readings through this link www.npower.com/At_home/Forms2/CustomerService/MeterRead.aspx?workflow=MeterRead. Just input your 'night' or 'low' reading in the second box titled 'Night reading'.
