It's always helpful for you to give us with regular meter readings so we can keep your account up to date. We do try to read your meters twice a year so if you're unable to read them don’t worry - we can pop round and do it for you. If you'd like to submit a reading, you can do it online at www.npower.com/At_home/Forms2/CustomerService/MeterRead.aspx?workflow=MeterRead
