Your gas and electricity meters record the amount of energy you use over a period of time.
We will arrange for the meters to be read at intervals through out the year. This may vary depending on where you live, or how often you are billed. These reads show how much energy you are actually using and are the best way to get accurate bills.
If we are unable to read your meters, then we'll estimate how much energy you use based, where possible, on your previous energy use.
It is always best to have your bills based on readings that either you have given or those that we've received from the meter readers, and it's easy to give us a read whenever you like to make sure your account is up date and accurate.
