Unfortunately, you can only pay your bill through our website if you are signed up to online billing. You can do this by visiting mynpower.
Alternatively, you can pay your bill through your bank’s online payment facility. Details of which account number and/or npower company you need to make payments to are shown on the back of your bill.
Or you can pay over the phone by contacting customer services.
