01 Jul '10: Hi I've prepayment meters for both gas and electric and my anniversary of joining npower is coming up soon. I was promised £100 cash back for one years loyalty to npower. Can you tell me how I receive this?

Don't worry, your cash back will be sent to you after you've been with us for a year. This will come in a letter, which is redeemable for cash at post offices nationally and is a one off payment.
