28 Apr: I currently have prepayment meters but want to pay by direct debit. Can I do this and if so how?

If you'd like us to change your meter, we can certainly arrange this for you however you do need to have been with npower for 12 months and you may incur a charge. Please call 0845 6720 073 and one of our advisors will be happy to help.
