We'll automatically apply the discount to your account on the first statement after your anniversary date. If you terminate your contract after the anniversary date, then your final bill will show your discount. We don't issue cheques as these could get lost in the post and may delay your payment - plus, It's more cost effective to apply the discounts to the accounts directly.
