19 Apr: I currently have a prepayment meter for my electricity which has always been the case since I bought my property. It has never been a real issue but I am now contemplating moving my electricity onto a pay monthly basis as I'm sure this will work out cheaper for me. How do I go about getting it all changed over?

Just call us on 08456 720 073 and we can arrange to do this for you. If you decide pay your electricity bill by monthly direct debit, then you'll qualify for our annual £40 discount after you've been paying for 12 months. And don't forget, you can make more savings if you have a gas supply too - switch this to monthly direct debit also and your discount will increase to £100 www.npower.com/web/At_home/electricity_and_gas/prices_and_discounts/Discounts/

Please note as you are a prepayment customer, we just need to point out that if you wish to change your meter from prepayment to credit, we'll only consider doing this after you have been supplied by npower for 12 months for that fuel, you may be charged for each meter exchanged.
