Don't worry, you don't need to pay by monthly direct debit if you don't want to. You can still register for paperless billing online at www.npower.com and click on 'my npower' .
Once you've received your bill, call us on 0845 672 0073 and pay by debit card, or if you pay by giro slip, simply print the bill off and pay at a post office or bank.
