You can sign up to 'My npower' here https://www.npower.com/at_home/Applications/MyNpower/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fat_home%2fapplications%2fmynpower%2fsecure%2fmynpower.aspx
Just click on the green sign up button and follow the instructions to register!.
