Depending on if you have a payment card or a prepayment meter you have two options:
If you have a payment card and you'd like to pay by monthly direct debit, just call us on 0800 551 555.
If you'd like to switch to a credit meter, call us on 0800 551 555. We can then arrange an appointment to have your meter changed. There may also be a charge to change your meter depending on your circumstances
