What do I need to submit to you before the deadline?
As a bear minimum, we require your completed application form and your MCS Certificate. If you don’t have your MCS certificate, please ensure your installer has provided the reference number. We will not be able to accept applications without this number.
To qualify for the existing tariffs, we only need to have received your application by the deadline. Your application does not need to be fully registered to qualify for the higher tariff.
How can I submit my application?
As the deadline is 11.59pm on Sunday 11th December, we suggest that you scan the FIT Application and MCS certificate and sent it to us via email. The email address is microgeneration@npower.com. You will receive an automated response, please accept this as confirmation that we have received you application safely.

I have sent my application in, can you please confirm you have received it?
If you have received a confirmation letter from us, please accept this as confirmation that we have received your application. We aim to send confirmation letters within 2 days of receipt.
If you have not received your confirmation letter: - If you have sent your application to us by recorded or special delivery, please use the track and trace function as confirmation we have your application - If you have sent you application in via email, please accept our automated response as confirmation we have received your application
