Health Through Warmth (HTW), a scheme set up by npower in 2000 in partnership with the NHS and National Energy Action (NEA), identifies and helps vulnerable people whose health is adversely affected by cold, damp living conditions. This is achieved by installing energy efficiency and heating measures and providing related advice and information.
The scheme has achieved widespread external recognition for its work.
