If you're eligible, you'll be contacted by DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) with details of what they need from you (if anything). In most circumstances, you will not have to apply for the rebate - if you are eligible, £80 will be applied automatically to your bill, or if you use a prepayment meter we will send the rebate to you via Post Office vouchers.
