26th Oct: My wife has informed me that she has read in the newspapers that if you pay by cheque or cash, when the bill comes npower is not going to lower the cost of gas and electricity when or if the prices ever come down. Is this true?

This is not true Dean - when we are able to reduce prices, it will be for all our customers.
