In March I rung npower and asked about leaving because I was paying too much. The advisor said prices are being reduced. We are now in June and I have not received any indication of price reductions. It was also indicated in the press there would be price reduction. Was there any truth in what the advisor told me?

In March, we announced that we were reducing our prices by 8% from 31 March 2009. All customers on our standard rate tariffs are now charged at the new lower unit rates.
