10 Nov: Hello npower, I’m already with you for electric and I’m very happy and don’t want to leave. The thing is I want to go with you for my gas. I couldn’t before as I had an outstanding balance with my current supplier but this is now paid off and I am actually in credit. I would like to have npower supply both my gas and electric please. You are a great service and are the only supplier who gives your credit back if I’m due any. Could you let me know please how to join for my gas as I’m not happy with my current supplier. Thank you.

If you'd like to switch to npower for your gas, you'll need to call our customer services team on 0800 551 555 - one of our advisors will be able to switch you over. If you pay by monthly direct debit, you'll also be able to benefit from our £100 annual dual fuel discount.
