28 Aug: I would like a separate quarterly gas and electricity bill. I feel this six monthly fuel billing and single payment for both fuels is a rip off! My fuel costs have trebled since joining npower and the bills are impossible to understand. In future I intend to get my gas from a gas company and electric from an electric company that way I can keep track of what I am actually paying for my supplies.

You can switch to quarterly billing but this will mean that you will lose your annual £100 direct debit discount on your anniversary date. One of the reasons we switched to six monthly dual billing was because our customers wanted one simple bill.
