We made some changes to the way we structure our gas tariffs in 2007. The changes we made were beneficial for the vast majority of our customers but it appears that a small number (around 8%) saw a marginal increase in their bills – typically around £5. At the moment, we are contacting anyone who saw an increase as a result of the changes so we can credit their account.
