We do not offer an Economy 10 tariff. The main reason for this is lack of demand – and it is very rare that we receive enquiries such as this. If demand were to increase then we would consider re-introducing as an option. In the past, customers who have moved to npower from another supplier have been able to stay on Economy 10 – this must be the case of your relatives – but we no longer offer this option to customers – new or existing.
