We offer all our direct debit customers a discount of £100 per year if they take both gas and electricity with us. The discount is applied after 12 months of paying continually by direct debit and so it is likely that you were about to receive the discount – although you would not yet have seen any details of the discount on your bill.
We do not offer our customers an improved rate to stay with us, but we often find that customers thinking of moving to another supplier do not actually change when we explain how our charges compare to our competitors.
