16th Nov: I rent a property and the tenant has moved out owing money on a card meter. What can I do?

Phil, if you give our customer services team a call on 0845 071 4525 they will close down the account for your previous tenant and open up a new one for you. We will also need a forwarding address for the previous tenant, so if you have this it would help us to forward the bills to them.
