10 Mar: You say you aim to get the balance as near to zero as possible so that we don't overpay on our direct debit. If there is overpayment (as there is in my case) you are having the use of my money for several months, even though I keep sending updated readings. I am sure the reverse situation would not be tolerated for long.

When we check your account, if it's £60 or over in credit, we'll automatically refund this to you. If the amount is less than £60, we can refund it to you at your request - simply visit www.npower.com or call us on 08451 201 453 and one of our advisors will be able to help.
