19 Aug '10: Why is this website so poor? The questions do not seem to be ordered in any logical manner and therefore finding new information is difficult. If I click on the energy prices area the dates do not have years associated with them and therefore it is difficult to see which are the newest entries. Its such a simple change - please can you sort it. Also all the recent entries seem to be about smart meters and very little about anything else. Could it be you filter the questions to frame the brighter energy debate" towards the topics you want to be covering?

Thanks for your feedback - we really like to hear your views about the site.

We basically respond to questions as and when they come into the site so you will see a 'random' style as opposed to questions neatly slotted into different subject areas.

We do archive all of the questions though and file them under specific topic terms - click on 'hot topics' and you'll see a list of subjects. The topics are driven by the subject matter posted on the site.

You've made a very fair (and good!) point about the dating of the entries - in fact we're now going to change the way we post them. From now on, we'll ensure the year is also added. Thanks for the tip!

Finally, the recent smart metering entries exactly reflect the questions coming in - these are shaping the debate and not npower. Most visitors are talking about smart metering and energy monitors so this is driving the current conversation. We welcome all views - good and bad - and about any topic.
