I've been working on the site since last October and I'm enjoying being part of a new way of communicating with our customers. I think it's a brilliant way of answering queries and it allows everyone to view questions that other people have raised that they might have had themselves.
It's much more informal than writing a letter, and some people don't like to phone, so the website provides a much easier way for people to contact us with any issues they have.
Energy, how much we use and how much we pay for it, is becoming a really important issue for our customers and I feel that the Brighter Energy Debate website enables them to take an active part in the discussions and raise the questions they feel are important to them. This gives us immediate feedback on the issues that are most important to our customers and lets us provide direct advice so we can alleviate their concerns.
