22 Sept '10: Is energy cheaper if used after 7pm?

If you're on our standard tariff, electricity is the same price throughout the day and night but if you have an economy 7 meter, then any energy used between 1am - 8am (summer) and 12am - 7am (winter) are charged at a cheaper rate.
