08 Nov '10: Are there any plans to improve the website specifically with regard to paperless bills? Like most people I manage my account this way to allow me to keep an eye on it. It would be a tremendous help if meter readings gave even an approximate forecast of the balance. I would have thought this is the least you can do given that six monthly billing has been forced on us.
