19 Apr: I think that in changing to bi-annual statements you have managed another move in your favour. My anniversary date is March 10th and I assumed that meant March and September statements with my discount applied in March but this year I have been told that I will receive statements in June and December therefore you have delayed paying the discount to customers for a further three months. I previously received the discount in March.

Although we've changed the statement dates, you'll still receive your annual discount on the same date it always was. We switched you to the six monthly billing format as it is friendlier to the environment and we can also offer you greater discounts.
