14 Apr: I still can't get on to your site to finish signing on at the validation point. The lady (Andrea) sent me instructions but they still don't get me through. She has signed me up, but I want to tick the box for the energy meter and the two other things but I can't get through. It has taken me so far 2 hours to organise paperless bills!

Sorry to hear you've had problems signing up to get your energy monitor - it should be a relatively simple process. If you call us on 0845 6720073, we can sort this out for you and organise for the energy monitor to be sent to you. Let them know about any specific issues you've experienced on the site and they can look into this straight away too.
