23rd Jan '12: I have signed up for paperless billing but have been away for two months and not been able to read the meter nor has the meter reader been able to call. I now have a meter reading but do not seem to be able to get through online and am anxious to know what I owe - I am already paying an amount by direct debit but feel this must be an inadequate amount?

I'm sorry to hear that you can't submit your meter reading online.

If you're still struggling to do this, you can call us on 0800 551 555 and give us your meter reading. One of our customer service advisors will be more than happy to talk to you about your account balance and if we can adjust your payments.
