06 May: I pay by direct debit and am interested in going paperless and having £10 off my bill but you say you have to supply both gas and electricity. As we are all electric and do not have any gas meters or pipes coming into the house, then this is not possible. 

You supply our fuel for all our needs so can I go paperless? Also, I am buying only one fuel because I have to so can my annual discount be more than £20. It does seem unfair.

The good news is we've recently changed our discounts, so your monthly direct debit discount has increased from £20 to £40.
