24th Jan '12: I am on paperless billing but cannot access my bill on my npower because when I set it up my email was not validated because the link was no longer working. I also cannot remember my username and password so do I basically need to start again?

Hi David,

You are right! If you didn’t activate your account by clicking the activation link in the confirmation email, this will prevent you from logging in.
