29 Mar '11: I have a prepayment meter with a key - how do I top up? The nearest place is 3 miles away down country roads so I cant walk and the bus is twice a day. I can't afford petrol now what do I do? I have been travelling by car to nearest shop and I can't do it as much now. Shopping is now easier and cheaper to get by the internet. The local shop and post office don't do credit on key.
