Yes! If you pay by direct debit and are in credit after you receive your bill, depending on the situation, you can give us a call to get your credit refunded to you.
Please bear in mind if you bill is after the Summer months, your account is meant to be in credit as you will use more energy in the Winter months and so this credit will cover your increased energy use. You will also need to make sure your bill is not to an estimated meter reading. If it is, you will need to give us a call with a correct meter reading so we can recalculate your account and send you a correct bill.
