01 Mar: At what times do the 'day rate' and 'night rate' of electricity take effect everyday?

In the winter, the night rate will be between 12 midnight to 7am and in the summer it's 1am to 8am. The day rate is then 7am to 12 midnight in the winter and 8am to 1am in the summer.
