19 Aug '10: I signed up for paperless billing in March this year and have had nothing from you since then. Have I got a problem?
06 May: I pay by direct debit and am interested in going paperless and having £10 off my bill but you say you have to supply both gas and electricity. As we are all electric and do not have any gas meters or pipes coming into the house, then this is not possible. You supply our fuel for all our needs so can I go paperless? Also, I am buying only one fuel because I have to so can my annual discount be more than £20. It does seem unfair.
19 Apr: Will my bill be cheaper now that I have signed up for paperless billing?
19 Apr: I am interested about paperless billing but don't wish to have direct debit. How do I stand? We have dual service from you. Thanks
09 Feb: How do I sign up for paperless billing?
03 Feb: I have recently signed up for paperless billing on the internet. My direct debit then changed from £150 to £28 per month. This is great as I have been complaining for years that the monthly estimate is too high. Internet billing has not explained this or even informed me. Why?
02 Feb: If I have both fuels with you and pay by direct debit and paperless bills do I automatically qualify for dual fuel discount?
