9 Mar - I am a disabled customer of yours and unable to venture out much in this cold weather so have to have heating on more. Are there any different tariffs for someone in my position?
16 Feb: Why do disabled people and people who are on benefits get lower rates? Surely it should be one tariff for all - I myself have 2 children and we both work to make a living and just scrape by, as I am sure many others do. Yet again, the workers who pay into the economy and support the economy pay more. How is this fair ???
15th Dec: I am wondering if there is a special tariff for registered disabled people? I suffer from (among other things) neuropathy in my feet and lower legs so I'm not very mobile so need heating on all day.
