03 Feb: I pay £109 a month direct debit for my gas and electric. I'm finding these payments hard to make each month. My husband is registered disabled and suffers from epilepsy and circulation problems and I suffer from fibromyalgia which affects my joints and muscles. We are on income support and disability (low rate). Is there a cheaper payment plan without going on payment meter (which I don't want to do). I have looked at comparison web sites and I could get a cheaper monthly payment plan. but I have been with npower a lot of years now.
