29th Jun '10: In response to a question 23rd June you state that Ofgem made an announcement in October to the effect that the new guidelines basically mean we can't offer discounted or introductory rates indefinitely "They also made a statement shortly after this appeared in the news saying that rule was intended to deal with disparities in prepayment prices. Did you consult Ofgem over this apparent mis-understanding? Or just see it as another excuse to increase prices?"
