Welcome to the brighter energy debate
We now have a panel of experts - of people who work at npower. They expressed an interest in becoming involved in the website and they'll be helping us to answer your questions - and also join the energy debate going forward. You'll also see some of the panel members in videos answering some of the more popular questions you've asked us.
npower was the first energy company to launch an interactive debating website. The Brighter Energy Debate gives you the chance to ask any questions you have about npower - and the energy industry as a whole. The site gives us the chance to answer your questions and openly address the issues that are affecting all of us.
If you register, we’ll stay in touch, discussing industry issues as they come up, listening to what you’ve got to say and providing the facts behind the news. Please note that answers are subject to change as our policies may be amended to reflect opinion, so please check for any newer responses.
